A 6-0 goal fest in sunny Skegness! Long Sutton relentlessly pressurised Alford 2nds, playing most of the game in the home side's half. Lisa Baker scored four including a great reverse goal into the top of the net. This outstanding performance along with two goals from striker Katie Ireland (who put herself on the score sheet yet again) ensured Sutton's success.

Louise Billingham and Jayme Hunt had good games with Louise making many tackles and Jayme running well up the wing. Captain Sam Carr kept Alford at bay by playing in goal and making two strong saves.

The win was a good team effort and proved to be worthy of the long trek up to the surprisingly sunny Skegness. The players of the match were Lisa Baker for her goal scoring efforts and Hannah Greenacre for her endless running.
