 An emphatic 3-1 win for Long Sutton ladies 2s against the determined Grantham side. Once again the on-form Ladies 2s triumphed over good opposition.
The goal scoring honours were split evenly between forwards Louise Billingham, Katie Ireland and Lisa Baker. There was strong midfield support as well as good play-making from captain Sam Carr.
An outstanding performance in goal by keeper Claire Billingham and good outfield play from Helen Worth, Laura Temple, Anna Smith and Louise Billingham. Jayme Hunt came on to make some good interceptions as left back.
The player of the match was Anna Smith.
