Sisson's Awesome Foursome!

Sutton recorded their second win of the season as Danny Sisson fired all four goals! Sutton started with some excellent attacking hockey pushing Harpenden back into their half. Sutton opened the scoring as Sisson fired in Fyson's short corner rebound. Sutton's second came shortly after, again from a short corner, with a perfect routine allowing Sisson to get his second. Harpenden then came back into the game as Sutton got complacent. Harpenden had numerous short corners but Sutton's defence held firm. Harpenden deservedly got one back before halftime. Harpenden started the brighter in the second half, pinning Sutton back and soon equalised. Sutton began to find some possession and when Ashley Taylor's accurate thunderbolt reached Sisson in the D he completed his hat-trick and made it 3-2 with a good finish. Again Harpenden came back at Sutton and again equalised. As Harpenden tired, Sutton's new never say never attitude prevailed again as their tireless work rate proved vital. With 2 minutes of the game left, Sisson picked the ball up on the left, made a great run into the D and fired the ball under the keeper to give Sutton a deserved victory. Man of the Match Sisson.
