 A totally different Sutton 2nds team performance this week. A lack of width, sloppy marking and below par performances all over the pitch in the first half left the team with a mountain to climb at half time as Peterborough led convincingly.

The level of performance improved at half time and a subsequent Michael Donaghy goal raised hopes of a comeback, but team spirit was low by then and the frustrations of the first half ensured Sutton were unable to turn it around.

Definitely a performance to forget about and move onto next week, where hopefully we can return to the form of previous weeks. Player of the Match Simon Clarke.
