Long Sutton 3rds continued their run of fine form with a comprehensive victory over Boston 2nds.

Sutton started slowly but after good finishes from Andy Blom and Ed White were soon 2-0 up. Before half time Ben Maris stole in and made it 3-0.

The second half continued much like the first, with Sutton taking the play to Boston, creating good chances until Captain Andy Clarke was caught by a stray stick in the face which fortunately did not force him to leave the field and he continued 'Terry Butcher'esque for the rest of the game!

The relentless pressure paid off again when Man of the Match Alex Canham, converted a 4th and then Andy Clarke added a fifth to give the result a comfortable feel.

Another solid team performance by Long Sutton with 5 different goal scorers and everyone playing well, which takes them up to 2nd in the league table.
