If an inter-club league game like this is a chance for the lower team players to show they are worthy of a place in the higher ranked side, then in true Britain's Got Talent style, many of the fourth team passed their auditions with flying colours. There were times, especially in the first half when the fourth team's midfield with an average age of under 16 were running rings around their more illustrious counterparts. Harry Bragington, Pavel Saponenko and Luke Proctor all showcased their skills on the ball, with a constant supply of passes from Kieran Forrest and Jacob Synnott. In the second half the third team settled and asserted the dominance that their experience merited, although Andy Clarke's acrobatic far post finish was the very least that this excellent performance from the fourth team deserved
