Long Sutton hosted East London this weekend, when the teams last met it was a very close game and this set the tone for the game. Sutton pushed from the start but we're pegged back and soaked up the pressure until the dead lock was broken from a short corner. After half time the visitors got 2 quick goals. Sutton picked themselves up and got a goal of there own and continued to press on with hard work from all of the team switching it around the back well trying to find an opening in the opposition's defences, some balls found there way though but they was unlucky to convert any of there other chances. The visitors worked well and used full advantage of there full squad and there player rotations, Sutton were unlucky to concede a penalty flick which was converted and the final score ended up a 4-1. But Sutton can take a lot of positives out of this game the whole team worked as a team and enjoyed playing there hockey despite the loss.
