MATCH REPORT
LSHC Mens' Third v Bourne Deeping 6th
Played Home on 11th November 2017Another week found Sutton face a much improved stronger bourne development side. the game started in sutton favor and were ahead within the 1st 10 minutes through Adam Sisson. The thirds then seemed to put the game on a back burner and lead to them converting a short corner towards the end of the half. half ended 1-1 the second half followed half the first half ended, sutton attack hard and were most likely to score but the young keeper kept the Pack Sisson and White at bay. Bourne also had chances including a penalty flick which new keeper Albert Slator saved calmly. As the half continued the thirds were still firmly camped in bournes half when a solo break away found Slator on his own and the young forward put it under him to give them the lead. The thirds fought to the end and were unfortunate not to get through the bournes keeper. game ended 2-1 Another disappointing two weeks for the third team, a lot of useful things came out of this game and eyes are now set on not making the same mistakes to get three points next week against Peterborough potm this week goes to Ed Munson for constant running, being part of the play when going forward and ensuring hr made it back to defend.
